Chairman's Club
The Purpose of the State
Chairman's Club is:

To educate and assist
State Chairmen in carrying out their leadership roles to
further the aim, goals and projects of the national,
state and local chapter organizations. |

The club meets twice a
year during State Workshop and State Conference. |
 |
Funding the cost of the
Golden West Tea for our Junior Members who page at
Continental Congress and making donations to the State
Regent's Project have been the main projects of the
Club. |
 |
The State Chairman's Club
raises funds by selling DAR certificates to State
Chairmen, Chapter Regents, and anyone who wishes to
formally recognize someone with a certificate. |

Dues and fees include a
$5.00 application fee, annual dues of $5.00, and a
lifetime membership of $50.00, |

and first-time State Chairmen in the McFall

"What
is the Cameo Society" The Cameo Society is a Mother and
Daughter and/or Grandmother and Granddaughter Club
associated with the Oklahoma Society Daughters of the
American Revolution. Organized in March
1996, the Cameo Society's objective is to "Promote the
passage of genealogical information, family histories and
patriotism to subsequent generations." Mrs. Sharel Sue
McAdoo was the organizing president. The Cameo Society has
funded various DAR projects such as:
- Funding the
marker at the Oklahoma Goodholm House on the State
Fairground, honoring pas DAR State Regent Francis Young.
- Past funding of
the Oklahoma DAR Society web pages
- Purchase of a
fax machine for the State Regent's use
- Donations to the
Dollars for Scholars Scholarship Fund
- Donations to
purchase micro-film at the Oklahoma History Center
Membership in the
Cameo Society is open to any member of the National Society
Daughters of the American Revolution who can show current
active membership in conjunction with a mother/daughter(s)
or grandmother/granddaughter(s). Applications can be
obtains from the President of the Cameo Society or Registrar
of the Cameo Society. Fees include: One time application fee
per applicant - $5.00; yearly dues per member - $4.00; Life
